Got a question on the Rack Lockout exercise.
The pictures look identical. How far should the bar move to lockout? It looks like only a few inches. In the picture anyway, the text reads that it should be 1/3 or 1/4 of a normal, close grip bench movement. Anyone already incorporate these into their routine and have advice to offer?
