Exercise Program While Doing Chemo

Quick background. 60 years old, have a brain tumor removed back in June. Did 6 weeks of being nuked and chemo. Back to work overseas now, chemo 5 days every 28 days.

Need to be back on track with an exercise program. Will have to be mainly body weight. I’m pretty much out in the middle of nowhere (Egypt desert).

I do have a TRX system I can use. Closest gym is an hour each way (Suez).

My concern is that between the chemo and radiation I easily bruise. Don’t care out external bruising but don’t know anything about the internal.

Anybody on here been through this and give me some tips?
