Hello,
35 year old who just had brain surgery. I have enjoyed Waterbury routines but now and am at zero. I will be going on chemo and radiation and am curious as to what you would all do. The prednisone makes me hungry as hell so I have gained weight. Would a simple walking with combat conditioning (Furey or Shamrock) workout suffice? I know I won’t be going all out any time in the next couple of months.
when was your surgery? Have you been cleared by your doctor to do anything that would significantly raise your blood pressure? I came back pretty agressively from a hernia, but jess, this was a brain surgery.

No, they did not say although they did say to take it easy. Walking is easy although I have aself made dexamethasoze weight vest now. This is my second surgety and it is tougher. Last time I was doing calisthenics in the hospital. I may have to rely on diet which has always been my bigggest hurdle. I can eat to put it mildly.
