Hi guys,
I’ve recently bought a home gym because I don’t have time to go to the gym. I’ve never taken this step before and I have no idea how to start. I need to buy an exercise book, do you have any book that you would recommend???

define “home gym”
I hope you didn’t spend to much on that home gym, because my recomendation is if it’s not a barbell, take it back.
As for the book, I would suggest Starting Strength: Basic Barbell Training, 2nd edn, by Rippetoe and Kilgore – which leads back to stuward’s post.
