2011 Goat Notes

MP stalled at 180 since Feb…Big disappointment
Squatz went up nicely…I LOVE squatz!
I was able to BP for the first time in 15 months and my BP numbers have moved 20lbs in 3 months.
Deads need a revival…
Dips fell one rep short of 125/5…got the weight but need one more rep.

Surprises: Incline BP went from 225 to a double at 250…nice!
I lived through High rep squatz and Dan John torture
My MP didn’t move up
I love squatz
Im stronger at 51 than I was at 25: all my lifts are at lifetime levels.

Now that’s a successful year! Congrats OG.
Keep working those MP’s, they’ll move. Stalling at a body weight MP is nothing to be ashamed of either. Not many can do a strict press BW MP.

Taking the day off today…tweaked my left hip/lower back when I was playing with the gorillas last night. Nothing horrendous, just zigged when they zagged and got clipped…did you know that 100lbs of dog can pack an impact? but since today was supposed to be Deads I think I’ll move it to Wednesday.

Time to go paint ( and hopefully finish)!
