JW-Likewise greatly appreciate it…The push back push up certainly hits your shoulders. Not sure about them yet, my form sucks. Im going to keep doing them a couple times a week to try and get the hang of it…
James- Thanks a bunch…that session was really condensened. While I was using the chains two guys starting questioning me about the chains, so we ended talking for about 10 minutes than they wanted to try it so there went another 5 minutes…next thing I knew I hustling just to get my lifts in and ran out of time.

Goat droppings-
1 hour walk in the woods with gorillas…I had them on a leash and they saw a couple tree rats on the ground. So I let them go figuring the squirrels would go up the tree…nope, they ran into a briar patch…well dumb an dumber went in after them…10 minutes later I found them with briar branches stuck in their tails and neck…time to get the scissors out!!
Was suppose to MP today but I am pushing it off til tomorrow. My boss had a little holiday party last night ( one of those not mandatory, mandatory gigs if you know what I mean) , had a few beers , behaved, but got home late and just don’t have any energy for MP’s.
Time to paint and put up Christmas lights outside…which I will test before hand, they will work and once I put them up on the bushes…they will not…
