It started out with 2,3,5 ladders than goes to a max double, than doubles with 20lbs less than max double than triples at the same weight and back to 2,3,5 at that weight…retest double -20lbs for double and cycle it again…end of the cycle is max single…I am 3 sessions away from that.
SO my remaining sessions are triples at 265, 2x2,3,5 @265 and than max single…if you want it day by day I would gladly send it to you: just let me know.

Thanks my stone carrying friend! Yup on the squats…my 285x2 last week was a 20lb PR. didn’t list it as such because how could 285 be a PR when I bench that freakin’ much!!! …at first the weights seemed heavy having not squatted above 185 in the DJ program…now not so much( starting to get a handle on it)…mind you; I understand we are still talking a sub 300lb squat… the 250’s today for doubles were easy peasey…as far as muscle mass …not sure if I can technically use those words in relation to 179 lbs…but I’ve kept that gain and don’t eat enough to keep a field mouse in fur…there is no doubt I could strap on 10-15 lbs if I eat well and supplemented but thats not me…right now I want to see what I can drag out of a beer swilling 51.5 year old 179lb carcass…there is ABSOLUTELY no way I am at max weights for my frame ( substitute bag o bones if you wish …)!!
Mentally I am much better with squats…now I just need to work it and be patient and thankful for my gains!
I do wish my butt would firm up though…(lol)
Hold up there seems to be some squat love in this thread…do I foresee I thread title change???
