Cav- Just using DB’s in the gym, Farmers style… walking is tough through all the equipment and people…but I get in what I can…and generally people know I m insane and stay out of the way as best they can…age has its advantages…and actually I am doing it more for cond than grip/forearm although I desperately need both.

When I feel like this I usually need a break or need to change things up. I only trained twice last week because I felt so weak. Tried to squat one night and 135 felt heavy so I bagged it.
ECO- agreed I am going to try and grind out this cycle ( 3 more weeks) and than take a week off and recharge.
