Trap bar supersetted with farmers carries must have been fun. If you like pain. I was thinking of doing a combo of trap bar dead lifts with trap bar farmers. Do a rep of trap bar dead lift then walk ten steps do another rep, etc.
No. I’m using Paul Carters Base building ideas but really just filling time. I cant squat or press due to my shoulder so I have just been doing what I can.
Thanks for stopping by.

Will you be able to squat again the way your shoulder is? Nice work with the farmer’s carries. Could you use a safety squat bar?
GV- according to the MRI …nope…labrum and rotator tear…I can’t externally rotate and abduct to get it into position. I’ll likely go under the knife in Sept…Dont want to do it before then because I made a commitment to myself to run and jump in the Senior games in June and then it will be summer and I like to fish, swim and carry-on ( all hard to do with one arm!) so September assuming it doesn’t get worse…its a bit problematic sleeping…it gets really stiff and sometimes locks up and wakes me up…but so many people deal with far worse that I try not to let bother me.
I wish my gym had a safety bar but it doesn’t so hacks on a machine , leg press and lunges it is. I tried fronts but the bar pressure ( with no weight) sent a jolt up my trap through my ear and into the side of my thick skull!
And thanks I really like Farmers wish I had a place and money ( college for 2 kids is a killer) to use real farmers bars!
Appreciate you dropping by. Sorry for the long post
