My gym has a tred sled, it’s great for those times where you can’t go heavy with weights but you still want to burn out your legs. Maybe you could try something like that if you get bored of working around the shoulder issue?

Starting sprint training this week,…so I am hoping the additional days away from weights will help but I know the knife awaits.
