Sorry to hear about the shoulder as well. Knowing you you’ll bounce back in no time.

Too ba I didn;t know, you could have swung by and got in some reps on my SSB. I’m in Raleigh now.

How’s the shoulder feeling OG? Nice quick session.

My gym has a tred sled, it’s great for those times where you can’t go heavy with weights but you still want to burn out your legs. Maybe you could try something like that if you get bored of working around the shoulder issue?

Unfortunately Late my shoulder is junk… but thanks for asking… Ill have to check out the Tred Sled.
Starting sprint training this week,…so I am hoping the additional days away from weights will help but I know the knife awaits.

Getting cut sucks, but Old Goats are tough. Here’s to coming back Steve Austin* style, better, faster, stronger!

  • Old Goats probably know I’m not talking about a Wrestler.

Congrats on the anniversary OG. Nice work supersetting the deads with Farmers carries. I have to do mine after I finish deads, they take too much out of me.

Or as they said in the Mad magazine satire, “Sometimes faster ISN’T better!”

(God, long term memory is scary.)

Congratulations on the 22 years! Those look like some nasty supersets up there.

Thanks Dave and GV…

Happy Anniversary OG! Sorry I’m late to the celebration but as my name states, I’m always late.

It’s refreshing to see folks lasting in this day and age. Too many never even make it to ten, nevermind 20. Way to go!

Weights are looking good and solid. Nice deadlifting and leg pressing.

Steve, thanks in a weird way I kind of enjoy the time out on the field or track alone…it lets me mumble to myself where no one can see I am total nut case !!
