It makes sense, I’ve been thinking about getting a trap bar when i get back to normal lifting and carrying it to the gym on Squat day to do trap deads so that I do some conventional pulling as well as sumo.

Joe that is dedication…carrying your trap bar in and out of the gym…

I think warming up and changing plates take more time than the lifts.

What did you want to hit on the trap deads?

Joe- The deads should have been an 8…the 300 was moving so slow it could have been 3000!.. but the whole session was like that…twice as much work for no joy. I don’t think I have over trained I think it has more to do with external stress known as work…its been a real grind for a couple of months now and I think its wearing on me. That and the stress of college payments starting up in May. But there will be better lifting days ahead…
