Just took my dogs for some tennis ball action…one of the most enjoyable things to do for me…

What are half presses?

Matty- My dogs were pissed at me and probed the fence and found a way out and went on walk about for 2 hours…found them about 1 mile from our house! Covered in swamp muck, ticks and briars…yeah me!! The back seat in my car is beautiful!

Half press is an MP from pins. you place the pins so the bar is at forehead/eye height. good tricep work and starting strength right where I stall on MP’s…every rep is from a dead start. Just a little variation to try and keep things fresh. got it from Tony Gentilcore.
