Stop being a fuckin douche. You had to know that you would get criticism when you posted it, so stop bitching.
So you suck at music, stop bitching about it. Peace.
You suck at music too, so stop tryin bitch.

You just needa realise
thats theres more to rapping than rules and lines
I do this fo fun not beef
and cant be fucked posting anything son.

But seriously you post on here and ask for people to ‘evaluate you’ and yet you can’t take any criticism. I see your argument that you want people to back up their cynical remarks but the bottom line is that when you post stuff like that in a community that isn’t divulged in a specific interest (ala rap) then people are going to say what they feel. They don’t need any evidence or analysis, they are just saying what they think the moment they hear your track. If they don’t like the sound, lyrics or what have you then they don’t like the track. Plain and simple.

If you want some real evaluaTION and battles go post somewhere else.

you can say my music sucks, but to say I suck because of that, means you think you can do better. Because if a person can’t do better, then they must suck worse. So I’m saying, anyone who has a better track put it up.
No, it’s that you suck and you’re trying. I can’t do better than that, because I don’t try to. I don’t want to.

It’s like the guy from Gone in 60 Seconds… “Honey, you can’t drive. I can’t swim, so you know what I do? I stay my black ass out the pool!”

Stay your [white] ass out the pool.

If it makes you feel any better, those lyrics from the guy from NZ suck worse than yours.

Alright, I had pegged this as a thread where you mocked non-black people who try to get into [gangsta] rap music, because based on past threads I got the impression these things pissed you off. But now I’m not so sure so if I jumped the gun, my bad.

Honest criticism here. That wasn’t really good at all.

You were too quiet, had no real flow [you could’ve been reading the lines for the first time for all I know], and the rhymes weren’t anything special. The hook was really bad. That and, well the song didn’t really seem to be about anything, but if you had the other qualities in place this wouldn’t matter that much to many people.

I don’t know why people were writing out raps and posting it here, as if the real problem with the sample he gave were rhymes. Guys that can rhyme well enough to be big are a dime a dozen. The number one barrier to being even a decent rapper is whether you can sound good over a beat. Look at pretty much any rapper who the alternative rap scene hates, and you’ll see a sub-par to average rhymer who at least knows how to sound good over the beats he picks. You can’t tell if a rap is any good by reading it alone anyway, so why write one up and post it here?

And you don’t have to rap over beats you made. Just find the instrumentals of songs you like and rap over those. There’s really no excuse for not having the caliber/style of beats you’d like, you just have to find them.

I dunno if this will have any effect on you though, countingbeans gave you some actual advice and you kind of turned it away, dude. Not cool. And no I’m not posting up a rap :D.

This is good criticism. I took counting beans to heart, I never attacked his opinion, I was just pointing out I was bombing d-bags for a reason.

I’m gonna work on my flow, do you think this guy has better flow? This is my cousin, he told me I need to do more like this.

…YOUTUBE…
I would listen to that dude’s entire album at least once through based on that song.

The more you head in the same direction as your cousin, but with your own style, the better you will get.

Here is a 20 minute production I made. This was basically a freestyle turned into a song in less than 1/2 an hour. Is this style better? I understand its rough and the dude curses too much. I mean tho, is the style of it, better.

your cuz is good. Any links to other stuff?

and I wasn’t dissing you, I just thought you were attempting a wicked genre song. I just based it on the beat and general sound of it. Honestly I kinda like what you posted. I mean, for real I understand how frustrating it is to have people trample your work. That’s why I’d never do it. I think you’ll do good f you follow the darker wicked sound rather than the conventional, just basing that off your lyrivs. Actually, after cleaning up your original post that might sound a lot better. Get better with practice but don’t change your shit.

how are you recording? I might give it a try.

old school sound. its nice!

i liked the direction you were goin in to begin with though. see, that’s where you’ll get messed up

beans, ld, and i wont agree on whats good. what matters is if you like it. don’t bend for approval.

Audacity plus Mic plus Instrumental. Have at it.

In regards to rap, you don’t know what the fuck you’re talking about… so it doesn’t really matter.

Well, in regards to a lot of things you don’t know what the fuck you’re talking about, but that’s beside the point.

Your cousin had a better flow, and the lady came up with a better hook than the one on your song . I dunno about the song on the whole though [hook, content, beat and all], wasn’t that great for me but opinions vary.

The second song of your was also better than the first one IMO. Not my kinda thing, but it sounded better than the first song.

But again, it’s hard for me to really say much because I’m not sure what kind of rap you like, what kind of music your aiming to make, and whether or not your trying to get big doing this or not.

because i don’t listen to alleged legendary rappers? actually, I’m grateful for not knowing about what you call rap. I know realness. I know pain and I know the life.

I’ll accept this because you’re right. I’m young and it would be foolish to assume I do. It doesn’t seem worth a fight with you since you invented the world, right? oh, master of everything.

ok, so each time you’ve posted here its been an attack on someone. do you feel good? hope so buddy =)

You didn’t think Eminem deserved to be in the top 30 rappers alive. I do believe you included Bubba Sparxx on that list, however. You don’t know rap. Period.

If you want to listen to real rappers listen to: Immortal Technique, Jedi Mind Tricks, Tech N9ne, Outerspace…

EDIT:

LOL @ some of the ridiculous shit you wrote in that thread

that list wasn’t a top 30, it was a 30 i’d rather listen to. I’d much rather listen to sparx over em because he seems more reachable. If I’m supporting someone its because I think they’d be worth talking to in person. Like I’ve been saying the whole time and what you’ve chosen to ignore. it comes down to realness, which em doesn’t have. I’ll bet, if both were unknown and went to where I grew up spax would do better.

if you want to laugh at what I as talking about just consider it for a second.

publicity and marketing are magic. anyone can be made into anything with the right promotion. This is why I question realness. on top of this, most artists don’t write theyre songs after signing a contract…ya know its a game, they choose a guy that fits an image and gives him words to perpetuate that character.

two, record sells mean nothing regarding talent. I mean Vanilla Ice is platinum, right?

 1. white people are not the main consumers of rap. they are the main buyers from shelves…i know i have lots of rap cd’s i got burnt from friends. I know its true for most other black people too. That bullshit stat that gets trown around is so false. I’d expect you to know how stupid stats can be, seeing how long you’ve been a member of this site. A site dedicated to debunking bullshit stats.

“where’d you get that cd?” “i got it from my cuz around the corner”

if you want a good rapper look at prince ea

and you talk about immortal technique and jmt like i don’t know who they are, really?

you talk like I’m stupid when all I’m doing is being real. Sorry if that seems ridiculous to you. Honestly, its ridiculous for you to have any opinion if you havent been there before, real talk.

“i’m a real nigga and i don’t like rappers”-jeezy

if you want this debate between you and I through PM I’ll entertain. Thats the only way though because I’m not trying to argue with an entire board of people.

I don’t quite follow why you have to actually post something better for your opinion to be valid… do movie critics create movies or are sports commentators better then the athletes they talk about?!?

Your shit sucks… sorry

Fuck all you ho’s…
