In regards to rap, you don’t know what the fuck you’re talking about… so it doesn’t really matter.

because i don’t listen to alleged legendary rappers? actually, I’m grateful for not knowing about what you call rap. I know realness. I know pain and I know the life.

Well, in regards to a lot of things you don’t know what the fuck you’re talking about, but that’s beside the point.
I’ll accept this because you’re right. I’m young and it would be foolish to assume I do. It doesn’t seem worth a fight with you since you invented the world, right? oh, master of everything.

ok, so each time you’ve posted here its been an attack on someone. do you feel good? hope so buddy =)
that list wasn’t a top 30, it was a 30 i’d rather listen to. I’d much rather listen to sparx over em because he seems more reachable. If I’m supporting someone its because I think they’d be worth talking to in person. Like I’ve been saying the whole time and what you’ve chosen to ignore. it comes down to realness, which em doesn’t have. I’ll bet, if both were unknown and went to where I grew up spax would do better.

if you want to laugh at what I as talking about just consider it for a second.

publicity and marketing are magic. anyone can be made into anything with the right promotion. This is why I question realness. on top of this, most artists don’t write theyre songs after signing a contract…ya know its a game, they choose a guy that fits an image and gives him words to perpetuate that character.

two, record sells mean nothing regarding talent. I mean Vanilla Ice is platinum, right?

 1. white people are not the main consumers of rap. they are the main buyers from shelves…i know i have lots of rap cd’s i got burnt from friends. I know its true for most other black people too. That bullshit stat that gets trown around is so false. I’d expect you to know how stupid stats can be, seeing how long you’ve been a member of this site. A site dedicated to debunking bullshit stats.

“where’d you get that cd?” “i got it from my cuz around the corner”

if you want a good rapper look at prince ea

and you talk about immortal technique and jmt like i don’t know who they are, really?

you talk like I’m stupid when all I’m doing is being real. Sorry if that seems ridiculous to you. Honestly, its ridiculous for you to have any opinion if you havent been there before, real talk.

“i’m a real nigga and i don’t like rappers”-jeezy

if you want this debate between you and I through PM I’ll entertain. Thats the only way though because I’m not trying to argue with an entire board of people.
More reachable? WTF are you talking about? If you want someone ‘reachable’ go listen to some garbage rapper at a local club. Since you grew up in the hood, I’m sure you’ll be able to find one. They’ll be more likely to reach out to you rather than someone who’s made millions who couldn’t give a fuck about you. Stop acting like rappers are your home-boys… You listen to them for their music, that’s what they do.

Realness? You sound ridiculous. Again, these aren’t your home-boys, you don’t know how they grew up, who the fuck cares? On what criteria do you judge someones realness?

I never said a thing about record sales, as there are no talent shit bags that sell tons of records.

WTF does race have to do with anything? If you’re trying to say your point of view on rap is more significant than mine because you’re black and I’m white, then you’re dumber than I thought. Even if that’s the case, prof X called you out about your ridiculous choices in rap in that thread as well. What “bullshit stats that get thrown around” are you talking about? How fucking pilled out are you? Also, speaking of “bullshit stats”, and debunking them… your 300lb fat ass has been called out on more than one occasion on this site and you’ve yet to post a single picture or video.

And yeah, I do talk about IT and JMT as if you’ve never heard of them… because I’ve yet to see you EVER mention them on this site, and there have been quite a few rap threads on here. Also, if you had listened to even a few of immortal techniques music, you’d consider him ‘real’ enough so that you’d listen to him on a regular basis.

As for your statement that it’s ridiculous for you to have “any opinion” unless you’ve been there before… A. stop acting like you’re some gangsta who walks around flashing gang signs and popping off your gat, and B. by this logic 99% of people buying rap albums shouldn’t have “any opinion” on rap. How much time have you done in prison? How many cops have you shot? How many times have you been shot? How many 40’s have you poured out for lost homies? Get the fuck over yourself.

This is a debate between you and I, but if you think I’m going to waste my time arguing this through PM’s you’re more deluded than I thought. You won’t argue this in public because you know your point of view on the matter is ridiculous and almost everyone will disagree with you. Also, I don’t give a flying fuck what you think about rap… I just wanted to point out to the OP that while you may enjoy his music, you enjoy listening to shitty music.

And for someone as deluded as yourself, “realness” is the last thing I would expect you to be going on about.

it was all a dream, i used to read word up magazine

salt n pepa and heavy d up in da limousine,
hangin pictures on my wall

“I ain’t goin out like that!!”

d+ youre a bit white

F cellophane raps better than you do.

Well, first, its not gangster rap cuz you sure aint no fucking gangster. Gangsters dont got dem internetz. They also sell rock and shoot people. fifty, big l, freddie fox, biggie…they were gangsters before they became rappers , thus they can make gangster rap.

hip hop however, is universal… hell atmosphere is tight and hes a white dude from minneapolis. My friend is from a subarban white neighborhood, he has no problem with it, but he doesnt make gangster shit, he makes intelligent and witty stuff with a good beat. I also say though , if you love it, keep at it no matter what, most people cant write music and produce beats, and with practice youll get better. My friend sucked when he started, it was laughable but he got pretty damn respectable by now.
