How long could it be from? You’ve been training for less then a year, and posted that pic after you’d already gained a good amount of weight from you ‘bulk’. So ‘long time ago’ = few months?

lol nah it’s been a year and 3 months but yeah I think it was umm…uhh I have no idea I really don’t, too long ago lol. definetly not a few months. this was me a few months ago at 210

pretty sure the pic u posted is 185-190 or something and now im down from a 210 to 180 shred.

I’ve actually got a question, since you’re reading this thread - What’s with the avatar picture? Why is there an arrow pointing to your shoulder? And why don’t you have a picture of yourself in the light instead?

lawl I did it a while ago because I sent the picture to my friend in a text message saying : lol look at my delts coming in from shoulder press. don’t have the original anymore so this was the only pic of me on my comp to upload besides the other 1 which is me at 210 not 180 lawl.

on a srs note, why does any of this matter. i feel like this is the biggest waste of all of your times/lives discussing or caring about any of this(srs). i say this because I feel like I’m wasting my own time typing this,much less to say yours LOL. can this thread plz just die or be deleted by op?

That picture is crap too. Stop using shadows to alter your appearance. You obviously know how to draw on a picture, since you put a stupid arrow on one, so if you’re taking pictures in the dark to hide your face or something, just scribble it out instead and take a picture in the light. And not behind a room full of shit.

yes however i did have a 135ohp/225bench in ~6 month or less

I don’t think he does believe them. He’s got a habit of balancing his posts with just enough controversy to keep the momentum going. Nobody seems to be able to prove that those photos are of him, but he’s claimed that he was a poster on t.net and none of the vets seem to remember him (weird, when his persona and views are so - ahem- ‘unique’). I asked him for his old username and he never replied.

I have a theory where he could have got the photos from (including the infamous ‘t-net’ one), but he hasn’t annoyed me enough to want to act on it.

@spidey-lolwut,idk if you realize this but i had a 225bench/315x5squat/405deadlift up on bb.com 6 months into lifting and put a 245 up 1 month later for the bench.this is like…9 months later,so it’s not that hard to believe i added over 50 pounds to my bench in 9 months,thats less than 5 pounds a month lol.thats because i tore my bicep tendon srs
