Eternally Suicidal

Do, every black dude you see if me now? lol

And yea, its defeinitely not draining because it is only one set. It really loosens the delts too. I also like it because its “just enough” extra trap and delt work thrown in. You should try it for you upper body work outs. Those first sets are a lot smoother because of the lubed up joints.

Edit: For clarification purposes…

Like that, but without going to the floor each rep, and same with the clean grip?

Exactly like that.

The transitions are kind of a catch at the bottom…on rep 6 drop it and pull it from the fall in the next grip you are using.

Its ok man, wrist cutting is fine in this thread. I actually encourage it.

Night Club Psychology

In social settings play music as loud as possible to drown out voices. This will lead to more drinks being purchased and at higher prices. People need to use their mouths in groups of people, its natural. And, the louder the music the louder people need to talk…“quiet people” tend to buy more to inhibit the loudness they need to be heard.

Ok awesome. Did them last night, bar down for the grip transition, and then rip it. Great upper back/shoulder warm up. I’d even consider doing a few sets even. Traps were like “Whoa ninja, wtf are we doin here?”

Bravo.

No doubt its a bad ass trap builder. I got it off this site back in 08 and used it in the “Power Look” work out. If you want some thick and high traps throw a couple more rounds in there. It amps up your endurance too.

I got up to doing 205 with it, but I was going to the floor too.

Yes and yes, will do. I could have gone with maybe 115 comfortably for a few sets, but over that (at least right now) would likely have murdered me.
