My shoulder training has been revised a bit. I’m on cables mostly now and I’m feeling it way more than barbell so far.
The Triple Distilled Cable Shrugs are something fierce. It is basically a tri set of cable shrugs but from the front, back and nuetral positions. Start it by grabbing the handles and walking out a bit until your arms are tensed back…10 reps…walk backwarbs to the middle…10 reps…walk backward til your arms are puulled forward…10 reps.
Supine Cable Laterals on Stability Ball. Simple enough to figure out…lay face up on a ball with handles in opposite hands …roll back a bit…raise arms the same as in a standing lateral…think snow angel.
Rear Delt Fly in the same position as the lateral. The difference is moving the elbows out and down (like a fly duh) instead of straight up like the lateral.
Low to High fly…standing, handles in opposing hands…step back and make an x…nothing new here
Front Dekt Surrender Sets…fail on db front raises with strict form…drop the db’s and grab heavier ones and do front swings with them til failure.
The Horizontal Shoulder Press is back for a while.
