if anyone is curious about how to beat up the quads…

my set up is different though. I do them in the smith machine with the bar on the lowest level…a little under the “legal”…why go all the way to the floor? Its do akward

I love all the Gironda Variations like the leg curl and “perfect curl”…even the laterals to an extent, but the sissytos squat is something I’ve never been brave enough to do. I’m sure theyre hell on the quads…now that you mention them though I’m liking the idea…might attempt them next week.

They are weird looking, for sure. Do 'em in the parking lot behind your car after you’re done maybe, in the dark :wink:
