Course it did.
As for good and evil, those are impossible don’t exist except as personal judgments. However, if you’re incapable of perceiving one or the other or both, your brain is messed up. The perception that one could be gotten rid of is absurd, because one can’t exist without the other.
Plus there are the universal laws and physics and whatnot, “for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction” so if the world can’t simply be free of contrast. Kinda like how the entropy of a system can never be decreased. The universe will be forever growing more chaotic.
