If anyone cares…my diet looks like this
Three Omemlettes a day…6 egg white and 3 whole eggs…and whatever veggie I want
2 Chicken Breats 2x a day with whatever veggoe I want…I am looking to use “percent of plate” to calc the veggie…meaning my veggie will take up twice the amount of space my meat does…
Maybe some lab thrown in there…at midnight…under the shadows =)
That’s the basics of it…not on any supps either…2 Gallons of water a day is a constant as well
