a “surrender” set is how I’ve started doing lat pulldowns…done on knees…rep til failure or tiring happens…then switch to a recline positions…fail there…sit on butt and fail there…push your body back with you feet a few steps and fail there…lay on your back and fail there…
“pathos arc” is a kneeling move in the cable pulley set up…grab the handles in opposite hands and make a wide slow arc and return…always to a “arms straight” position
other notes…I’m going back up in weight currently 285.
