Yes, babe.

Its always good to add a new stim to every set, even if its not strength focused. Doing the complexes this way helps create an “extra gear” in terms of cardio.

Its like every time you hit a wall, you can run through it because you’ve been putting yourself through similar situations during training.

I take the same approach to sprinting too…start at a 40 yd sprint and increase to 100 yd plus on every attempt.

Eliminate complacent and the risk of becoming stagnite.
