Yea, I kinda flew out of the gate this morning and made some sickness in the gym. Feeling real good right now.

It doesn’t bother me what was said, it just bothered me that I was thinking that from the time I woke up anyway. I just didn’t like that someone else noticed the same imperfections that were bothering me.

Anyway, I’m trying to use the experience positively and instead of stressing it, just use it to push myself to do better.

Yes ma’am! Just keep working at it! You’ll find out real soon though, this “lifestyle” is a crazy one. You’ll always find an imperfection…chances are though, its no imperfection at all.

Also, there will always be a doubter or someone that says “oh, why are you doing this?” mostly because they don’t have the will to do it…dont let that tear you down.
