Holy crap you are 12 and can deadlift 155kg? Dude you have amazing genetics, I am impressed. Work hard and you will get FAR. Eat BIG; lift BIG.
Well i give all credit to my brother he started me doing just 3 things… deadlift… squat and overhead press
Then he let me do the chin up bar and press ups with feet on a chair and finally the bench press
But since i came on the internet 12 hrs ago, my lifts seem TINY compared to some people i mean YIKES!
as for the eat big dont worry my mother and brother make me eat ! and the fact that girls in my year think im hot as i have muscle
a bit vain i know but hey i worked HARD for it !
And if you cant tell i absolutely have UNREAL respect for my brother he like the man of the house since my dad left.
so i dont know if the programs he has had me on are the best but he tries real hard to get me bigger and stronger !
Your 6’5 and your 12, well you better start playing basketball your going to be a 7ft giant.
Damn, reading about you encouraged me that I might actually grow a little more. I’m 17 and 5’11" :[

Nice i never did it though i have read about it.
my brother is my brother is 6ft 1" and em my brother is 134kgs but he has a little bit of a stomach HAHA i told him last week he looked like one of our grandads he nearly killed me !!
He is now losing it as my family hope to go on holidays before the summer is over for a week if we all get jobs.
so i think without all his fat he would be 110 or 105kgs HAHA
i told him when i started id be bigger than him one day !
in about 3-4 years i will overtake him !
oh and i play hurling i LOVE IT, my brother plays gaelic football but i just tell him football is for people who cant play hurling !!
This is a guy who did what i want do in germany i start training 2 years before him so it shows that it is possible !

wow i love the internet its so cool !
Cool that you’re learning.
Even cooler that you’re excited about learning.
well if i want to be one of the best in this area i need to learn ALOT.
so i figure if i really REALLY read alot and learn as much as possible before i finish school i stand a good chance of making it !
Here is what Poliquin said about one of his top 5 tips;
Hockey legend Wayne Gretzky said, “You miss 100 percent of the shots you don’t take!” There’s no getting around it: You have to take chances sometimes - and what’s more, you must expect to make mistakes.
The problem with strength coaching is that it is both an art and a science. To be successful in this profession you need to learn all you can about related fields such as biomechanics, physiology, exercise science and nutrition. Then you have to use your creativity in applying this knowledge to your clients. Some coaches try to skip a few steps and wind up making unnecessary errors in judgment.
I dont know how to do the quote thing so sorry if it appears all jumbled up !
but what it says is if i want to make it i need to learn ALOT about ALOT of things so i better get started !!!
That’s good but critical thinking is most important.
