In big quntities it gives you diarreha, like 2000 miligrams (although i take near to 1500 ro 1000) should be ok with exercise, but yeah for some people 2000miligrams mean a sure diarreha.
2000 mg. will NOT give you darreha! Diarreha will occur at around (it varies per person) levels of 7000 mg. or more per day
i got diarreah at 3000, but you are right it varies with person.
You know, this is the first time I have ever heard of someone getting diarreha from taking a mere 3000 mg. of Vitamin C.

Does someone knows how to make your own Surge?
Spike provides mental energy and focus, but not physical energy per se. You attain better results with Spike because you are more focused, but the body does not become more “able” to deliver.
Surge is not an energy drink. It facilitates recovery post-workout.
Coffee and tea are mediocre energy boosters. Coffee is too “hot” (metaphorically speaking), gives you the jitters and reduces self-control. Tea is much better in that regard, but it’s less effective.
Energy drinks such as Red Bull, Rockstar, etc. are crap. Stay away from them. Biggest rip-offs ever; they seem to provide you some energy temporarily, but you pay it at great interest rate later on.
You may also try a testosterone enhancer such as TRIBEX or Alpha Male. Those things provide huge physical energy, without any kind of jitter or restlessness. A TRIBEX / Spike stack worked miracles for me even at minimum dosage (I used the old “blue pill” TRIBEX which is more similar to Alpha Male than to the new “gold pill” TRIBEX; I haven’t tried the new TRIBEX yet).

What do TRIBEX and Alpha Male do? is it liek testosterone enhancer? Once i weight in and get dope test is it going to appear…in other words is it legal?
