Does anyone know of a good resource that is just a list+demos of the different lifts? A lot of times reading through the articles I come across something that sounds really interesting but I can’t find any sort of illustration or demonstration of how it is done.
Maybe an idea for a good sticky post for noobs (i.e. me). Compendium of exercises and a term index like the meanings of the different grips that we could quick reference as we get familiar with the game maybe?
