Does anyone know of a site or directory where I can literally type in the name of an exercise and find out what it is?
I know some will say “right here,” but the Tmag site is so broad and complex it will merely bring up programs that might use a certain exercise, which doesn’t explain to me what it is, how to perform it, and what it works. For examlple, I still don’t know what good mornings are, or how to distinguish an upright row from a high pull.
Maybe it is because terminology differs from place to place (some call chin-ups pull-ups and vice versa). Does anyone know of a simple site that lists exercises and how to perform them or of some type of encyclopedia of weight exercises?
