I say pseudo because I wont be using Metabolic Drive. It’s not that I don’t like it, I cant afford it. Meaning, I can only purchased a couple containers every two weeks and with delivery time I would be without it for a few days at a time. I remember I while back Chris saying something to the effect of “If you don’t used exactly what is rx’d then don’t call it the V-Diet” I agree with him.
I wont list what I am using. I will say it comes in 4lb containers for A little over Metabolic Drive cost and I dont think it is up to par, but it will work. Also I wont be using HOT-ROX. I am using certain medication that conflics with it. I have used HOT-ROX in the past and it made me extremely jittery because of the meds I am using

Started lifting way back in 89 but did not really get serious until 05. Spent a little time Power Lifting at Diablo Barbell. I loved Power Lifting but also wanted to do more, so I started crossfit. I have a shit load of fun but my size has been limiting my performance. We have the sectionals coming up soon and I need to drop this fucking crisco to do well. Also I am tired of being a fat fuck!!

Day 3. I wasnt able to do my walk this morning, I had to be up early for a medication calculations test.
Today is the first day I feel good since starting the v-diet. I have had zero energy and headaches. I went into Ketosis yesterday. I always get this funny sweet taste in my mouth when I am in Ketosis. I try drinking tons of water (at least a gallon a day) and brush and rinse my teeth a few times a day,but the taste is still there.
Surge Workout Fuel should be here today. I am curious to give it a try.
So far Diet is great. I have kept everything as rx’d, besides the Metabolic Drive and also added Surge Workout fuel. I am feeling the hunger at times though, I just fight through it
