I know I’m a little late to the party here, but I recently bought an R-2500 Russian stimulation machine…I’ve got a few calls out to the manufacturer but can’t seem to reach them…
I was wondering if anyone had any protocols…I.E.
For more toned quads…2 pads on your right and 2 on your left…10 second contractions with 50 off for 10 minutes 3x-1 day off in between for 5 weeks before switching to shoulders
