Compex Sport/EMS Protocols?

In your book Theory and Application of Modern Strength and Power Methods you go into great detail regarding the efficacy of the Compex Sport EMS unit. However, despite stating the various benefits to strength, power, and hypertropy, all you mention on the matter as far as using the machine is to turn it up to to the maximum bearable setting.

A search of the site on ‘compex’ and ‘ems’ revealed only four hit, none of them pertaining to training protocols.

So how do you work in EMS training into your workout regimen?

The complex sport units have built-in protocols.
