Ya that was your first mistake. T-Nation stands for Troll-nation, and its not about helping people or giving advice. Its all about trying to make yourself feel better about your life by bashing others. If you are looking for ADVICE, I suggest you look elsewhere. If you are looking for amusement, then this is the place.

Okay well i do have him on an anti estrogen and he will start 2 weeks before the cycle ends on a trubul to help his natural increase again as far as all that goes i have decent experience in it. However, i am just gonna not post any thing any more and just stick to articles for my own benefit and such.
If you are indeed giving your friend a biologically active hormonal product than you are putting him at risk of side effects because of your lack of knowledge.
What the hell is an anti estrogen? Are you talking about a SERM or an AI? Does the prohormone even aromatize?
Tribulus useless for restarting natural T production after steroid use. A SERM is the proper drug to use.
I seriously hope you are confusing a regular BS supplement with a real pro-hormone or designer steroid.

Bonez if this guy is actually telling the truth and his “friend” is actually taking shit he knows nothing about then off with him.

Yeah, you really should stop posting. I agree that you bring this place down.
I would unfortunately say terrible advice. Rippetoe’s for a month would be an awful suggestion for the goal of immediate maximum hypertrophy. For a complete newb, he’d be barely getting used to the movements by the time the month is over.
Come on, gaining 20 lbs in a month is easy, especially if there’s not a strong emphasis on muscle. No need for any kind of hormones. Just food, water, food, protein powder, food, maybe creatine, food, lots of heavy lifting, food, vitamins to fill in nutritional gaps, food and sleep. If your friend isn’t eating right now, go over and punch him in the fucking nuts. Check and punch often until the eating issue is resolved.

[sarcasm]Right, because a program that has you doing the big lifts 3 times a week, adding weight every session is terrible for learning movements and increasing strength rapidly. SS + GOMAD is famously terrible for quickly adding weight. [/sarcasm]
SS + a few chins and kurls is definitely a good choice for a rank beginner looking to quickly add some mass all over. Just remember the most important advice you’ve been given here and get this guy to eat.

I havent read all thr posts but i see some guys are giving you shit. Heres my advice for what its worth. In my experience over the counter test boosters are shit. If hes untrained the real deal is not a good idea, unless your friend really weighs the pro and cons of this mvie vs. his health. That said raining anf diet are what need to be focused. If you want your frie to gain the most size his routine should be squats, deads overhead press and bench each twice a week in 6-8 rep range. workout 4 times a week. Mon squat and overhead press, wed bench and deads, fri squat and press, sat bench and deads. Do 4-6 work sets each and follow with 4-6 set of accessory exercises for each of the big ones. Diet Depending on his starting weight 3500-4000 calories a day and no less than 250-300 grams of protien a day. Add 500 calories and 30-50 grams of protien if he takes aas(but he shouldnt have to). pm me if you have any questions

Since it’s so easy I’d like you to do it please :)[/quote]
I’ve gained 50 lbs in the last 3 months. I’m not exactly sure what the split up of the weight gain was, but even if it was evenly split, it’s close enough to 20 lbs.
Have him drink as many beers as possible every evening. Start each day with a couple Mcdonalds sausage Mcmuffins, followed by Carl’s Jr for lunch, Taco Bell for dinner and then peanuts and Doritos while drinking all night. Mix in some donuts throughout the day.
Repeat everyday for 31 days.
Have him avoid walking anywhere or moving at all, except to shovel food in his face.

So you’ve become the Michelin Man in 3 months? Did you follow the “Supersize me” diet?
Your best respose from here would have to be some form of before and after progress pics…
