Elbow cave in barbell curl

Why do my elbows come in on barbell curls

Anything I can do to fix this or should I not to worry

Elbows “in” is good. That puts the tension on biceps.

Elbows “out” is bad.

They just go from the side of my body to forward and they come in my elbows

Hard to explain

If it doesn’t hurt, it’s probably not a problem. Still feel the exercise in your biceps?
