Elbows “in” is good. That puts the tension on biceps.
Elbows “out” is bad.
Does it hurt?
No
They just go from the side of my body to forward and they come in my elbows
Hard to explain
If it doesn’t hurt, it’s probably not a problem. Still feel the exercise in your biceps?
