Effects of too much dextrose? Probs?

Hi,today,I took in ~60g dextrose with whey protein in my postworkout drink.I shall continue taking this after every workout (until I have enough spare cash for Surge…do u think I don’t wanna use THAT?!)

Since dextrose is corn sugar(says so on label),would I get any probs in the long run…aka DIABETES?

Potential diabetes? A bowl of cereal has as many carbs as 60g dextrose. Would you think that eating 1 bowl of cereal would cause diabetes? Of course not. A word of caution…dont consider things like liquid protein or carbs special in any way (except for rate and speed of absorption). They are the same as real food with a similar GI and II. Diabetes is a concern with CHRONIC hyperinsulinemia (high insulin ALL day EVERY day). However if you lift weights you probably wont ever have that concern from eating (diabetes can be genetic and happen anyway though). Hope that makes sense.
