Eating and Strength

I’ve noticed since I started focusing on eating better over the years my lifts do alot better and I feel stronger

My daily diet looks like this throughout the week

  1. Protein shake, banana or orange
  2. Pack of tuna
  3. Beef or chicken, rice, veggies
  4. Beef or chicken, rice, veggies
  5. Cup of coffee, 2Tbs of peanut butter & cashew butter
  6. Beef, chicken, or salmon, rice or potatoes, veggies

I use salt, I cook with grass fed butter or Ghee

On days I don’t go to the gym I eat less carbs

On the weekends I’ll eat eggs & bacon in the mornings, me, the wife, & kids will go out and eat and I’ll kind of eat other foods
