I’ve noticed since I started focusing on eating better over the years my lifts do alot better and I feel stronger
My daily diet looks like this throughout the week
- Protein shake, banana or orange
- Pack of tuna
- Beef or chicken, rice, veggies
- Beef or chicken, rice, veggies
- Cup of coffee, 2Tbs of peanut butter & cashew butter
- Beef, chicken, or salmon, rice or potatoes, veggies
I use salt, I cook with grass fed butter or Ghee
On days I don’t go to the gym I eat less carbs
On the weekends I’ll eat eggs & bacon in the mornings, me, the wife, & kids will go out and eat and I’ll kind of eat other foods
