The benchdaddy is fun. I’m finally starting to figure out how to use it.
It really takes the stress out of the shoulders. It’s ( for me) a triceps exercise.
Is your gym staying open ?
I’m curious what’s going on around the country.

As of today the Washington governor is closing all bars, restaurants, and rec centers. So gyms will be closed after today. I’ll have to move the garage. I did an inventory and I have 410 pounds of weight. That should get me and the kids by.

I see you through in the chains too. Sad that it’s the one thing I am excited about regarding training at home.

I really like chains.
Different feel than bands.
It makes part of the lift harder,but doesn’t beat me up as much as just straight weight. Like anything add it in and out to keep it feeling fresh.

Felt weak , not sick ,not tired, just weak.
Probably stress from all the virus noise. We don’t have many cases yet, but have made huge changes in day to day operations.

A little bit every day is my strategy, it’s a long haul not a sprint.
A younger physician I work with has it. I had contact 5 days ago.
So far so good for me.
