Just trying some low rep volume.
I want to be careful with my hip for now.
Gradually increase some weight. Time to tell with depth.
Circuit cable rows 5x10, TKE with band 5x15, 45% back extensions 5x10
Single ply briefs for the squats, loose fitting, feels great.

Yes.
On a squat day, at the end, load some extra weights on. On rack walk out . I then try to stay tight and keep my position for a count of 10 seconds. A couple of those makes everything work. It’s not direct core isolation, but abdominal, glutes , upper back all need to be called on.

I see. Actually, to be honest, I don’t do any direct core work other than back raises/extensions, if you’d even consider that core work. A little lazy to do them. I’d love to do ab wheel rollouts and hanging leg raises though
