I’m not talking overall whether he’s strong or not I’m talking ratios. His tris seem to be weaker than they should be for the amount he’s curling.

you really think so? from all the kids from school ive trained with his seems pretty normal compared to most.
i checked back to my old training jounral from 04. and my tris were about the same strength as his are and my biceps were a bit stronger.
its hard to say what could be lagging at this point though. I could be wrong, just thought i would throw that out there.

Probably doesn’t matter they aren’t grossly different or anything.

Let me stop you right there to say BULLSHIT! Here is a picture of me a couple of years ago, I’m slightly over 6 feet tall, in that picture I’m 194 pounds and you are telling me that in your picture you weigh more than me at an inch and a half shorter? No way. You’re lucky if you break 180 in that pic.

your retarded. and nobody wanted to see a picture of you
You know redsox, there is nothing wrong with being a beginner, which Duncan clearly is. We all had to start somewhere, and when I got into the iron game I was in a lot worse shape than him. But I do object to someone sprinkling sugar on a turd and trying to tell me it’s a candybar. If Duncan really weighed 195 at 5’11", he would be much, much bigger. Unless he has Tom Platz legs, which the picture doesn’t show, he probably weighs somewhere in the 170’s. Look at the shoulders, the narrowness of his torso, and his forearms.
When a noob comes on this board and lies about one of his stats (which happens all the time) it calls all his stats into question. If you misrepresent your weight, you probably are lying about your lifts too.
I didn’t put my picture up to impress anyone (I’m certainly not a big guy by T-Nation standards) merely to provide an example of what 194 looks like at 6’ and a bit.
So, if your buddy were shorter than me, but substantially the same weight I was in that pic, he would look at least as big as me if not bigger, which he clearly doesn’t.
BTW, where are your pics big guy? You’ve been working out for four years now and claim you weigh 230ish at six feet. You should be a pretty big mofo, where are the pics?
Or are you just some pencil neck geek who comes on the board and calls your betters retarded?

Well I didn’t want to have to potentially blind anyone, but it looks as though I have to. So here is a picture without my shirt on.
