A few years back you wrote an article on why Db bench is better than barbell bench for chest hypertrophy. Do you think that someone only wanting to get big arms, chest and shoulder can ditch the barbell in favor of the dumbbell bench?
Edit: Also, if one where to only use the dumbell bench, could it be used in the layer system program and ramp up to a 5RM instead of a 2RM?
