if it’s doable, hit the bully in the tummy or round kick him/her on the thigh, that way damage will be low. doesn’t need to be in front of people, in fact, no witnesses is preferable. hit him/her even if the actual situation doesn’t warrant the action, it’s retaliation for old beef and prevention of future harassment.

mark my word, bullies cannot be reasoned with. if they ever have bullied someone successfully they will come back for another fix. they are like junkies in that way.

Btw your advice isnt useless!. And Me neither man i cant understand either, i got bullied from abour year 3-6 really bad then none at all when i moved town, now that im in the city its happening again. I have no clue why people do it, i think maybe lack of parenting, i was raised to treat others how you like to be treated etc and i never have and never will bully anyone. Also the stigma isnt really that around much i guess but it is still there. in the far future when i have kids if they ever bully there going to get there ass kicked.

Yeah it does man! I know 11 and 12 will be alot better because lots of the bullies/ dicks will most likely drop out . (Not to discredit people who drop out, i mean like theyl just live off of centrelink for there whole life)

I dont endorse violence either , i think i can try gather myself enough to just walk away without hospitalising anyone or getting hospitalised. Id rather not risk it though and only fight if i have to.

That’s typical. Try changing your terms - instead of the other kids being villains, see them as challenges for you to overcome. Don’t look for a hero to rescue you, look for a coach to help you create solutions.

It’s just about changing your perspective. It doesn’t make it any easier, but it gives you some power.

Above all, remember, you grow in your sleep - so get some good zzzzs.

I’m taking a few at the moment. Kind of on a spiritual quest right now. This particular class is an introduction to breathwork. To the mainstream (which, by the way, would have included me a year ago), breathwork is some hippy shit. Basically, it’s about using your breath to make changes in your life. It’s about getting centered and connected.

Dumbell walking lunge 3 sets of 20 metres lunging. 10kg per hand

Leg press superset with dumbell romanians
170kg 3×10 leg press with 3×10 30kg dumbells

Hip abductor machine 3×10. Never got a pump in the muscle inbetween my thighs. There weak asf so yeah will keep these in.

Today i talked to the gym manager and asked if i would be able to store strongman equipment there. He said i should be able to and since my gym is the closest gym and is well equipped with most stuff already, it will serve me well.

Iv just realised iv been eating 1 kilo of mince instead of 500 grams, i thought the packet of mince was 1 kilo instead of two lol. So that means iv been having 1 kilo of mince, 500 grams of chicken breast , plus veggies, mashed potato, eggs, cereal, pasta lol. Around 2-3kg of food, in the last few weeks since eating like this iv dropped a little fat and strength has gone up. A few months ago i hit 83 kg and i weighed myself today at 79. Weight has been consistently between 79 and 81. If my strength keeps going up and i lose even more fat that will be great. Although if i stall i may have to eat more.

Yeah, i thought it was 1 but its actually been 1.5 kg the last couple of weeks. However my body is performing great and im feeling decent so i donno whether to cut down on meat or keep it as is.

My opionion isn’t that popular on that topic.

But regardless 1,5 kg meat ist really a lot :smiley:

Yeah you’re right. Im going to probably reduce meat a bitcand add in some more rice, veggetables and some milk.

Christ. Even on keto eating red meat all day I topped out at one kilo daily. Then again I was also eating a dozen eggs for breakfast
