And Congratulations on being sober for that long, thats amazing! And Yeah, i am really concerned about my anger issues, but im going to try seeing a psychologist again and see if it helps. counsellor also.

Couple other variations you might like to try:

  • DeFranco’s “3D” Pull-Apart: Stand inside the loop of a band so you’re holding the top part and standing on the bottom. Raise your arms up like a front raise, putting tension on the front delts, and do pull-apart from this position. These light the shoulders up like you wouldn’t believe.
  • Pull-Aparts with External Rotation: Just normal band pull-aparts, starting with both palms facing down and ending both palms facing each other. I kinda “found” these messing about with pull-aparts. Makes a lot of sense that it burns the rear delts out seeing as they’re external rotators as well abductors.

I always had the impression that you come across very mature for your age and your decision to seek professional help is a testament to that as well. When I was in need of professional help (for mental health problems in this case) and medication I was not as strong as you, recognized my problem too late and was too proud or too stubborn or something to reach out. I paid a probably unnecessary high price.

You really have gone through a lot and you still are. I wish you the very best and I really mean that.
You are a strong person and you will find a way.

Cable curlz and tricepz pressdown 4×12
Chins and dips machine (dip/pullup bar was taken ) 4×10 . If anyone wants to read something funny regarding pullup/dip assist machinr im about to post it in the flame free confession thread.

Hammer curls off thighs 4×8 10kg supersetted with no back support seated overhead tricep extensions 15kg

2×10 reverse barbell curls supersetted with cable overhead extensions.

Decline situps 2×12

in the last couple of weeks my aunty has been on holiday in england. She gave me money for food and iv been eating like a beast. Lots of veggies, and my primary meals have been spaghetti bog, mashed potato, chicken breast and broccoli and eggs. and iv actually started getting leaner whilst consuming high amounts of carbs and food, weird? This has happened before . Im kind of annoyed, about nearly two months ago i applied for a bunch of jobs, they said they would respond within a month, none of them did. Im thinking now just apply for whatever i can find for part time work to get a little cash to pay my own way in the house.

Thankyou! I will try that , I’ve never applied for jobs before except for when i lived in a small country town where there was pretty much no work. Its good im in the city, lots more options.

Just some random things iv been thinking about I’ll share with you guys, deadlift strength has been rising fast. Ohp has even started getting better. (My general strength has been slowly climbing) just those two lifts are what i mainly care about. What im doing now must be working. by the time i turn 16 im going to deadlift 180kg . Also For Christmas im going to buy some straps, and a weight belt. I really love the deadlift.

take the opportunity to deadlift (DL) the dumb bells for some reps too while your at it the next time. increased rom and favorable mechanics compared to conventional DL. with that weight i can almost guarantee you will feel it in your upper back a couple of days after.
