Romanian deadlift day
4Ɨ6 70kg
1 amrap 50kg Ɨ15

I forgot to do cable lat pushdowns but meh

Triset of leg press, cable pull throughs and kb swings 10 on leg press 15 on the kb and pull throughs, working set of 4 plates on the leg press and last set a dropset down to one plate.

Abb work
Hanging leg raises 3Ɨ10

I dont really like these, and after reading @MarkKO 's log i think i may do decline situps instead.

Do both. I like STBs (shins to bar, so hanging leg raises except higher) as well as decline sit-ups. Cable crunches and ab wheel are good too.

Actually, I’d probably say Ab wheel and STBs would probably be better than either decline sit-ups or cable crunches until you’ve milked them for a while.

To add to this Duke, if you have a GHR, do sit-ups on it along with halos. If you can put a weight behind your head it changes the whole movement and makes it 100x harder.

I feel leg raises in my Hip flexors alot, this is most definitely a form issue perhaps. Il try out shins to bar though although it sounds like i wont get too many reps on those haha.

On tuesdays i do farmers walks plus its a leg day so my abbs are a bit taxed already. Il do cable crunches and decline situps on tuesdays and ab wheel rollouts/KTB on fridays? Or if not what would you suggest? Cheers mark.

Thanks for the suggestion @oldbeancam, unfortunately i do not have access to a ghr though.

You could probably still do halos on a decline bench. I’m pretty sure Alpha talked about this in one of his ab/trunk videos

That sounds fine to me. I’d do whichever I found harder first, or even just so one each day and really hammer it.

Doing hanging leg raises with shin to bar is awesome. The best part is that you can superset the thing with pull-ups, do no need for additional equipment.

probably blasting your legs up and then just letting them drop back down. Go for as slow an eccentric on every rep as you can. Really try and slow that shit down.

EDIT: also, think about curling your ass up, not just your legs

Bench day aka all benches were taken and a group of people in the gym were having a push press competition so i participated lol
I worked up to 60Ɨ1 which easy asf then i went up to 70 Ɨ1, got scared of the weight because well this is 20kg above my strict press.
On the first rep i didnt push my head through and i smacked myself on the chin because i panicked a bit. That shit hurt but then i rearacked and tried again and got it!!!

70kg push press pr.

Then the usual other stuff like db seated shoulder press 3,Ɨ10 2kg, with machine rows

Pushups

Lateral raises and facepulls and bicep tricep stuff

Thanks alot mark!
Trainings going well, diet not so much. at the moment im getting my resume sorted as well as my bank account and looking for a job to buy food and supplements, my aunty disagrees with me eating and besides recently confiscating my gym diet ( i was being lazy in school), which is fair enough. She has come to the conclusion i dont need to eat food and its bad for you to eat high protein etc.so yeah I’m getting my grades up at school, as well as trying to improve other aspects of life.

Cheers irish! Yeah it is a bit crazy, its funny to think soon il be full time working . Im still deciding whether or not to do year 11 and 12 and everyone recommends me to do so, but i really want to work full time instead and start earning money. I already know different career pathways i want and as long as I’ve finished year ten i will be fine. It just means in the future i will have to study alot more then if i did go to year 11/12

I just asked my housemate (he finished in yr10) and he said he has no regrets. The way he saw it, he was 2yrs ahead of everyone else. Keep in mind he is a tradie and machine operator/truck driver
