Your calorie budget is 4500, I would give that a run for awhile before upping that. It’s nice putting on weight but it’s even nicer when that weight is mostly muscle.

First day of new diet, im not hungry atm and didnt have any hunger all day really, so hopefully it stays this way.
Well iv apparently gotten sick, have heen sick since Tuesday and havent been eating stuff all, around 1-2000 calories a day and i struggle to eat. Hope this goes away soon because im so missing training and eating.
Alright everyone, my appetite is starting to return and not as sick so hopefully can resume training Monday.
Tomorrow il try eating 2500 calories and then 3500 sunday, back up to 4500 on monday.
