Also going to lower weight on squats because my lower back is kinda feeling really bad lately and i dont wanna fuck it up more.
Quad focus day, my back is feeling good today because i slept on my back, ive slept on my stomach all my life which has part to play in giving me anterior pelvic tilt, also my lower back health, i get to sleep easier and am more comfy on my stomach but il have to get used to sleeping on my back.
Squat 4×6 60kg wow squatting one plate for six repss , this is depressing asf and it actually felt difficult today. Even though i lowered the weight. I feel like such a weakling comsidering theres people squatting 600 ibs like its nothing. Anyways il get there it just takes lots of time.

Bodyweight walking lunges instead of weighted. Felt very therapeutic on my knees and i felt great, did these very slow and alottt odlf reps.

Hey guys!, some good news . The kitchen is finished and i can start my diet now, just have to start shopping.
The total food will be like this;
Breakfast
6 fried or scrambled eggs, on three pieces of buttered toast
Meal 2:
250 grams of beef mince
250 grams of veggetables
250 grams of potatoes
Meal 3
250 grams of chicken thigh
1 cup of white rice
250 grams of veggetables
Meal 4 pre workout nutrition
1 cup of cooked oats in milk
2 bananas
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
Meal 5
250 grams of beef mince
250 grams of potatoes
250 grams of veggetables
Meal 6
250 grams of chicken breast
1 cup of white rice
250 grams of veggetables.
Im going to use olive oil on everything im cooking like chicken etc.
Supplements:
Im buying some fish oil and thats it for now. I dont need supplements like protein powder when i can eat instead. But maybe il get some BCAA or preworkout or something idk lol
Ive calculated the total protein which is 300 grams+ a day apparently and thats like to much, @danteism i know you have experience with high protein so what do you think??, if i was to lower it id have to reduce some portion sizes but what iv come up with is simple and im not even sure if this will be enough food. (Dumbass metabolism and im hungry asf all the time), if it isnt il go jump off a bridge lol…
I had to go to bed but tomorrow il do a rough estimate of the carbs and fats as well and total calories.
Im also going to be eating various snacks like fruit, nuts and things between meals. But wont bother counting them.
Itl cost about $140 a week and my aunty is okay with that and said its good and easily affordable for her. I could spend more but theres really no point and i dont want to be a dick and waste my aunties money.

If that’s the case, you could do with less than 300 grams, even 200 would be fine
Personally I may go as high as 450-550 grams per day but I can afford it by myself (even though your aunt pays for it I would try to save her money - you’ll come across as a nicer person)
Well, im weighing about 81kgs at the moment apparently. If i change the daily chicken portion sizes to about × 2 125 grams instead of 250 ×2 a day, it will reduce my protein to 240. It is a bit high considering im only around 180 pounds. Il see how it goes. (Again my protein womt be exactly this amount, just a rough estimate.
