Lol makes sense. Ive always gotten this 50/50 ratio of people who either think I’m straight or people who think I’m completely lesbian. Espeacially online or during video messaging and what not. And then some people say, “you don’t sound like how you look whatsoever”. I have this voice that’s like a cross between an automated woman’s voice, and a very very small girl toddlers voice. But going back, I find women to be very beautiful, just as much as men, even beyond sexual things, I can just stare at people and admire their existence. But yes…I indeed have kissed a girl. Lol. I remember telling my husband stories about my misadventures and it seems like all he decided to remember was, “MY GAWD, YOU LIKED GIRLSSSS!!! THATS SO HAWT”. To which I rest my case, and have to remember my husband is also 22 such as myself, so that’s the response I’d expect to get lol.

Forgot to do leg curls before squats so did them after.
4×6 140 ibs 63kg i think , pretty easy.
Leg press 350 method
Lunges 4×10 10kg kettlebells

And some pull aparts and pullups inbetween sets

Not yet, my aunty keeps making massive meals and putting them into chinese containers, such as Chicken and mushroom pasta bake with cheese through it and breadcrumbs on top, or lasagne or something, so iv been eating alot that she makes really, or sandwiches and stuff whenever i can.

Oh and good news the house is almost completely renovated, the oven has been put in, now we are waiting on the stove. Then i can start cooking ground beef and chicken breast etc. But for now i just eat everything in sight really.
I start school on tuesday , iv had 6 weeks off including holidays which is awesome.

The school also has rugby or basketball, I really dont know which one to pick, i have never done rugby yet its always something iv wanted to play , but i have played basketball and have some experience.

Rugby league or Union? Your prob more suited to rugby but just go with what you like and what your mates are going with. Lol prob worst advice ever…

In regards to training ( after its been a month of the current program im doing), i was thinking of going up to 4 days a week/ so two lower and two upper days, and squatting on both lower body days but one is a gkute/hamstring focus day and ones a Quad focus day.

I was thinking this

Lower 1 lighter day (higher reps and quad focus)
Back squat
4×6 70% of 1 rep max
+
1 60% Amrap set leaving two reps in the tank.
Leg curls 4×6
Leg press 350 method
Lunges 2×25
Pullups between sets

Lower 2
Back squat
4×3 80 % of 1RM
Romanian deadlifts
4×6
Cable pull throughs 350 method
Lunges 3×8-12
Pullups between sets

Upper 1 Bench focus
4×6 @75% of my 1 rep max
1 amrap set 60% leaving two reps in the tank
Seated dumbell shoulder press 3×10

Upper 2 overhead press focus

Let me know what you all think?, i feel like experimenting a bit with percentages and stuff like that.

I’ve always liked the classic 4 day upper/lower set up like:

Day 1 - Vertical Push/Vertical Pull
Day 2 - Lower body (quad dominant)
Day 3 - Horizontal Push/Pull
Day 4 - Lower Body (hip/hamstring dominant)

Going back to the vertical pressing subject, I feel a stict press in my upper back way more than my anterior delts. I really noticed when I began strongman, where you have to push your head through your arms at the top of the lift for it to count - you need to be squeezing your upper back at the top. I find most trainees can still stare at the bar during overhead work, and I think is where a lot of issues stem from.

Also, I too find pressing hits my upper back super hard.

I think putting things overhead is awesome, i dont squeeze my back at the top as of yet, i dont know how to. Im still learning to sqyeeze the glutes , tense the quads and brace the qbbs throughout the lift so i still have alot of things to nail.

My traps are always crazy sore with doms after ohp for a while. A bit off topic but i dont care for shrugs because things like Ohp and other lifts build the traps as well, so there’s not much need for shrugs.

Cheers, im wondering when and how i can test my maxes, i was thinking say once a month and still do 4×6 on bench just work up to 1rm before that. Or i was thinking do 4×3 on bench

Don’t test your maxes. If you want, push to a 3RM once every couple of months.
