Went to yoga today, the gym does free classes like this so i went to try it out, liked it as i think its good for flexibility and rekation and stretching of muscles, also hot chicks in yoga pants.
Oh and im feeling a little down at the moment, my current girlfriend is moving to melbourne, and so Iâll never see her again. Her mum is pretty much forcing her to and said if she doesnt go shel never see her again.
Il be fine and at my age its all just to pass time really, its not like weâll be together forever or anything like that, this kind of stuff happens in life.
I remember posting a topic about being depressed over a girl last year at christmas , Then being depressed again this year posting something in my log and i couldnt eat and stuff or whatevs, funny how girls always upsetting me lol. Since im upset il take it out in the gym and crush my workoutsđȘ, the gym can be my new girlfriend.
Better to have loved and lost etc. Chin up mate, youâll be right. Girls upsetting you just means you have feelings, which is normal. Plus it means youâll probably end up in a happy long term relationship when pure older.
Ugh⊠believe me, you really arenât missing out on much since the young lady has to leave. Iâm sure sheâs a pleasant soul to be around and the like. I had the hardest time in relationships before getting married because I was this sarcastic, direct, lady asshole for the longest. Like I had a personal agenda of just not sensoring myself. After a while I realized just how emotional of a creature I am and channeled it into someone worth receiving it. So I agree with Mark. Build yourself up emotionally and mentally. Create healthy standards, and get to know yourself. Fix some issues you may have or will eventually adopt and above all pace yourself my dude. Worst thing to do is to rush into a relationship. While relationships are unique between the two people, in a more relative, larger scale they are damn near the same.

Lol. I meanâŠI did date a girl once back when I was extremely dainty, skinny, and weird. But she was so toxic and only fueled my disorder even more considering she was sicker than I was in terms of eating rituals, when it came to food. And for whatever reason when I decided to leave I was more destraught than she was.
Then for a while I developed a crush on this older chick who was about 27-28 years old while I was still in highschool, and we talked and did mischievous things (I was of age), and hung out, but she slowly developed this weird dominant, âmommyâ type complex towards me and it freaked me out so I just kind ofâŠleft. Iâm a bit mentally scared from interacting with women in that sense because they can be downright vicious sometimes.

Hahahaha well i do pride myself in being the biggest gym bro, with my muscle shirts and branded outfits for the gym and such. I literally have about two drawsfull of gym clothes, im addicted to buying them lol

Im getting stronger overall and i havent bumped the weights up yet on my main lifts but i will soon. Im learning alot from this program. Which i have kind of adjusted a little in terms of exercises and more back work but allgoods its working.
Shoulders feeling good , the pull aparts and pullups and extta back work is definitely helping so far.
