Dropping Shoulder in Wide Grip Pullups

I know it’s on this site somewhere (what isn’t?) but i cant find it. During wide grip pullups, when the poundage gets respectable I always seem to bring my left shoulder out of allignment. I lift it up and dip it in towards my neck/ear. Its really annoying and must be compensating for an injury or weakness of some description. It happens on overhead presses as well. light weights are fine but the any fatigue or heavy load and the shoulder dips in.

It’s only on the left side, and the right is fine. The left does sometimes get golfers elbow and the rear delt on that side can feel an uncomfortable localised “discomfort” that is always in the same spot. its really localised. I can put the tip of my finger on that spot exactly (no bigger than 1cm in diameter.

Any ideas?
