Hey everyone, this is my first attempt at a cut and was hoping to get some input from those that have gone through it. My stats are 5’10.5 205-210lbs I do not know what my BF% is but it is low enough that I can see my top abs and some separation in my legs.
What I would like to know is with spot on nutrition and training what would be the fastest way to lose about 15-20 lbs of fat? The reason for cutting is that I am in a few college productions (make fun if you like) and was asked if I could drop some weight apparently I look to big. Can it be done in a month?
your best bet would be to do something like the Velocity Diet (here on this site) I would go over to the Supplements and Nutrition forum and check that out. But I think in 1 month the V-Diet is your best and probably only bet. Maybe RFL as a Cat 2.
