Hi everyone, for the last couple of years I have slowly been putting on muscle and now want to diet down. In the past I have tried to cut some fat but, have not been very successful I believe I go at it to slow and just get bored with the food. I am 23 yrs old 5’10.5 and 215lbs. My body fat is low enough that I kind of see my abs but, I have never had it tested so I have no real percentage.
So my question is what kind of diet and training would be best to lose as much fat as possible in 3-4 weeks? I am aware that this approach will lead to some muscle loss but, I am willing to sacrifice some muscle to get to a low bf as fast as possible. I have never fully concentrated on losing fat so I could really use some help.
