Hey everyone, I while back I started a thread on losing fat but stopped. I got bored of dieting and instead gained a bit. I am 5’10 about 205 lbs, I do not know my BF% but I can see my top 4 abs. What would be the the best approach to lose about 15-20 lbs of fat? I have always gotten bored with the dieting as I always thought I should take it slow to preserve muscle. I now want to hit it hard.
At this point I do not mind losing some LBM I just want to get to a low BF at least once. So while I want to lose fat as fast as possible I do not want to do anything drastic like the v-diet. I have never really worked at losing fat so I really am lost on the whole training/nutrition.
