threw in one set RDL 15 x 70 BB
2 sets each leg of my “push-downs” (using pad on assisted dip/pull machine) 2 x85 lbs
unilateral work using 15 lbs, single dl, bulgarian split & another i don’t know what it’s called.
15 glute bridge, no weight.
pretty freakin stoked today!! yes, i did not do a full squat on all @ 155, but i definitely got em.
